No, not unless you build an animation in which you fly a camera through such a part. Using Animator, you can move cameras along paths, etc. (2007) or mount cameras to parts that you move in space (2006) to create animations from the camera's point of view.
It's a nice feature, and fairly easy to use. Otherwise, SolidWorks doesn't allow this sort of thing, since it seems to zoom closer and closer to objects without passing through them.
I believe you can, but have never done it (have it go inside an object, not just around it). Watch this video, it looks like the camera went through the wall of a tank and into it. From this I assume it's possible.
In your Lights and camera folder, make a new Camera. Right click on the camera in tree and uncheck "Lock" THe camera will behave like a regular view with the advantage of flying through, but the disadvantage of not having "Normal To"
