I am trying to find a copy of the Ringo/Anderson's Book "Designing Floor Slabs on Grade" either in hardcopy or PDF format. Does anyone know where I can find this. I am desperate. Thank you!!

I think it is out of print - eBay might have one but you pay a bit for it if I recall.
