Hello.

I recently found this link on your site:

But I don't understand which software would work best for modeling how magnets push/pull each other as they come closer and further away from one another. I'd like to set them up so that when they're connected to pieces of hardware (and those components are moving), the software should simulate what forces are being exacted (how everything is being pushed around) in 3 dimensions.

What would do this this best from your experience?

I forgot to add. I'm talking here about plain magnets, not electromagnets.

Just about all of the 3D programs will do that. You'll have to try them to see which one you like best. Most of those vendors will let you experiment with a trial version of the software if you contact them and explain what you are looking for.
