Question silicone rubber elastic

rubber and elastic of the silicone material stored over the years it melts and sticks to the surface it is stored on, I have stored In-Ears KZ EDX Pro and KZ EDC Pro headphones and their eartips the material is silicone
 
Actually, there's no question amongst those words.

These are $4 earphones, so probably no capacitors in them.

Do you think that's what causes the silicone to melt?

Why has <fill in> degraded? What can be done to fix it? What exact air temp and humidity will stop it?

my temperature varies 34-36C humidity 58-70%
