Question on all forces being applied on the attached.

You haven’t shown any stresses on the 1” plate, all you have shown is a vertical load of 36000lb in a vertical direction. What you need to do is draw a free body diagram of the 1” plate and label all the forces acting on the plate which should include the reaction forces to 36000lb force where it joins the rod.
