I am looking for kinetic values and paramets of a nativ invertase from saccharomyces cerevisiae. I have got some Km and V max values for Michaelise-Menten equation, and optimal pH, Temp., etc. The problem is that I am not sure about this and it is very hard tu check them. If anyone could help me to find this paramets of nativ invertase, I meen links to publications or somethig I wouldbe greatfull.
