Hi,
I need to write a "quality plan" to configure numerical protection relays in order to ensure a numerical relay is correctly configured.
This quailty plan would be like a check list with the different steps to follow.
The steps could be :
1. Identify relay hardware configuration , the firmware version, configuration software version
2. Identify the document needed to configure the relay (electrical drawing with CT, PT ratio,logical input and output, etc)
3. Establish a logigram for the relay with the different protection function and their actions
4. Double check by another engineer
5. Testing plan
Such a paper must probably already exist.
I' an interested in any paper dealing with this subject.
