Are there any specific procedure Section IX qualification rules to allow use strip cladding for building upo worn components. I had read years ago that a German built heavy walled pressure vessels using the same process, I haver not been able to find that treference. Technically if I have a SAW WPS qualified for joining I can use that for build up upto the qualified 't' for the weld metal. Any information will be help full.
