Does any have any good templates for a QA?QC checklist for structural (Building design) projects? We are in the process of updating ours and would like some thoughts/examples.

I bought, some time ago, a document by CASE (via ACEC) that was titled,

"A Guideline Addressing Coordination and Completeness of Structural Construction Documents".

It comes with a big checklist.
