Please my friends, someone explain to me what is the job description for somebody wich is working in QA Management.
Same for QC Management.

Quality Control: A planned and systematic set of activities to ensure a product or process meets predefined standards and if it does not, to take appropriate action.

BTW, this was really not related to CM. You probably would have gotten a quicker response posted in forum286 for QC, Inspection & Testing engineering
