q value in flash calculation

Dear smart engineer;

Do any of you got an idea how to determine q or the vapor percentage in a feed of mixture prior entering a still column (at P= 1.4 bar and T= 148 C), and do we need to acount TEG in the flash calculation in order to calculate dew point and bubble point???
