PY Curves into SAP2000

Hello Everyone,

I am currently modeling soil interaction via sap2000. I have the PY curves and I converted them to FD. They are the same as I am using a trib length of 1 foot and the pile increment as 1 foot. my confusion is assigning line springs to pile frames. For example the first link has FD for z=0 and the second link has FD for Z=1. When assigning line spring to frame extending from z=0 to z=1, which link would govern? If I used the link at z=0 for the first pile increment, would this be a right representation?
