what is the PWHT regime for 13CrNi4-5 material as per ASME?

Thanks

1) Determine the material P-number classification from ASME Section IX.
2) Ascertain the governing construction code. Go to the section describing post-weld heat treatment and look up the requirements for P-number your welded construction falls under.

"If you don't have time to do the job right the first time, when are you going to find time to repair it?"

OK Asme section IX gives P number 4 for CrNi545 material-table QW/QB-422. What about the temperature and time of heating from where do we get it?

Dont forget step 3, pay for the eng-tips course fee.

- You never get what you expect, you only get what you inspect.

there is also a table in the ASME which determines the pwht in function of pnºs
