PVX not working

After many trials PVX is not working on my computer. In fact I have tried this on 2 computers but even after successfull installation it does not show any part, assembly or drawing file. Will anyone please help? N P Singh

 

Have you installed java JRE ?
available for download from java.sun.com
if you have you need to add the java parameter

-cp /path to ../ptcpvx.jar
in the java plugin control panel which can be accessed via
the control panel on windows.

everthing else you need is listed in the installation notes on the ptc website

If you are copying the part or assembly using the save as command. You will need to open the copyied model and regen the part or assembly and sub assemblies right before saving them.
