PVHO intermerdiate head

Hi

I want to design a hyperbaric chamber with a intermediate head to separate it into 2 sections.

ASME PVHO-1-2002 section 1.4.1 c)(1) the maximum working pressure is less than or equal to 135 psig.

My design pressure is 500 psig, someone knows how I can install the intermediate head in a other manner than Fig. UW-13.1(f) to reach 500 psig ?
