I'm doing some research on the possibility of using PVC Board as a buck for a window attachment.

I was wondering if any of you all may have used PVC in structural applications...where you found the material data...what applications have you used it...etc.

I'm looking for bending and compressive strength data. The couple vendors that I've contacted have little data...as the material is not typically used a structural element.

I also need screw shear and pullout data...if available.

What is being considered is connecting the buck to the masonry/concrete substrate with epoxy. The window would them be connected with screws...as per the manufacturer's connection details.

Thanks in advance for any info.
