PV ELITE ANCHOR BOLT DESIGN FOR HORIZONTAL VESSEL INCLUDING BUOYANCY FORCE

Hi All,

I'm doing PV Elite calculation for horizontal drain KO vessel. This vessel installed in a pit, the vessel shall be designed for total external pressure load equivalent to full vacuum + external load due to water flooding. And also vessel anchor bolts shall be designed for buoyancy.

I have calculated buoyancy force & uplift force (with reference to Pressure design, Dennis Moss). Please let me know where to add these forces in the PV Elite.
