Punching shear on column web 1

Hi everyone!

Can you help me please, where can I find a design guide on this type of punching shear and maybe flexural failure on a column web, like in the picture below.
I'm from Europe, but US guide is welcomed too.

AISC Manual 15th ed. Eq. 9-29.

I would be more concerned about out-of-plane bending of the web. Check that using Figure 9-5(a) along with Eq. 9-31.
