Hi!
Does anybody know the formula to calculate frictional loss in pipe systems for Sludge(10-20%)or grease. Any reference material for system analysis, or design would be appreciated.
Thanks

For high content of solids in a system, you might need empirical formulas. Suggest you contact specialists in handling sludge and solids. They should be able to recommend pumps, piping, etc.
