easy, look at the name plate for brand, model etc and then contact the manufacturer / agent or search the internet.

It is not possible to answer this question in part because "velocity" is not a pump term. I think you might mean flowrate, but this is dependent on the head (pressure) the pump generates. Power of the pump is proportional to flow x head. If you keep the power the same and double the head, the flow is half.
Therefore it is not possible to answer this question with two unknowns.
1500W is 1.5kW. This is a small pump. What type of pump (PD or centrifugal). If PD, work out the volume pumped per revolution and then work out how fast the pump is turning.
Remember - More details = better answers

second. Please read the post above. you are asking for flow rate. Without knowing what pressure or head the pump is producing when it is flowing you CANNOT calculate or estimate the flow rate. Measure the pressure or simply turn it on and time how long it takes to fill a known volume ( e.g. an oil drum).

Take an empty bucket and time how long to fill with the pump, this will be you an idea of the flowrate.
