Hi,

I am evaluating the external gear pump Vs Multiple stages pump,Dosing pump with Diapraghm in term of price Gear pump is having small in size that fit the flow, however using Multistage pump, the pump is too big minimum 1 inch and price wise is not economical.

Please advise if strainer is used, would spur gear pump and Metering pump can work for water: The material selection is Minimum SS316

Flow: 0.5 m3/Hr, Discharge Pressure 12 Bar, 100 Degree Design Temperature

Please advise if anyone has used gear pump or metering pump to pump waste water
