Has anyone had any experience installing high-speed seperable recipocating compressors (1000-1200 RPM) in parallel operation with low speed recipocating intergals (300 RPM)? We are proposing to install three high-speed electric units in parallel operation with five existing intergals to discharge into the same pipeline (16"). I am curious if anyone has experienced pulsation issues in this type of installation. Old and new units will be four stage units.

Yes, I've done that (never four stage, but I have done 3 stage). My approach is to handle pulsation on the skid, then you don't have to worry as much about sympathetic pulsation frequencies.
