HOW DO I CALCULATE THE TIP Ø OF AN MXL PULLEY. IF I KNOW THE NUMBER OF TEETH AND THE PITCH?

Do you mean the Pitch Diameter? If so, just multiply the pitch times the number of teeth. If not pitch diameter, then tip diameter is a term I'm not familiar with. I'll need to remember to keep an eye on the forum - to find out what tip diameter is.
