I am currently working on a project for my company and have hit some bumps. I am trying to develop a procedure for converting a PSL-2 Manual Gate Valve to a PSL-3. The roadblock I have hit is the Volumetric NDE of the body, bonnet, stem, gate, body bushing, and seat. I want to develop a procedure for Volumetric NDE of the components with my new EPOCH 600 UT. Does anyone have any tips or advice on this?

Gate, Seat and body bushing do not require Volumetric NDE.
See table 23, API-6A 20th ed.
You have a bigger problem if any welding was done on the valve. LP or MP prior to welding is a requirment from PSL-2 to 3.
