PSL 1 for galvanised threaded end piping with coupling connections

Hello,
Please i would like to confirm one information related to galvanized threaded end piping:
Is it true that piping with threaded end, material API 5L Gr B is only supplied PSL 1 level specification, means PSL2 is not applicable on API 5L galvanized pipes.
According to API 5L annex F couplings are only PSL1 level, is it true also for threaded piping?.

Yes, only PSL 1 is applicable for threaded piping. Check Sec 8, Sub section 8.1 Table 2.
