Tank contractor propose to use Tnemec for protective coating, anyone use this product before?

1. Surface Preparation:

b. Interior surfaces: SSPC-SP10, 1.5-2.5 mils
c. Exterior surfaces: SSPC-SP10, 1.5-2.5 mils
2. Coating Application:
a. All Carbon Steel interior surfaces (except interior of any piping) to receive a 2 coat Tnemec system.
1. Prime: Beige @ 4-6 mils dft.
2. Finish: White @4-6 mils dft.
3. Total exterior system of 8 mils dry film thickness.
b. All Carbon Steel exterior surfaces to receive one coat Tnemec epoxy. All exterior extrusions; ladder, man ways, nozzles, etc. will receive 1 finish coat of Series 10-75 Endura-Shield Urethan.
1. Prime with Series 20 or FC20 Pota Poz @ 4-6 mils dft/coat, with special attention to hard to cover areas.
2. Finish extruding appurtenances with one coat Series 10-75 "color to selected by owner" @2.5-3.5 mils dry film thickness.

=====>>> Do you have any experience with Tnemec, does this application look unbiased to any of you? which color for appurtenances to match with the tank, white/beige?

Thank you for your time!

Wonder if 2 coating for thermal storage is enough? Product Temperature is between 40-54F Chilled Water System.
