hello,

in our workshop we have an old promecam itp2 5020 press brake. we have more than 100 different parts that needs to be bent in every month, and I want to save them somehow because it is time consuming to re-enter the programs in te control.
the control has a mini kasette drive, I didn't used it before. I will try them, but i'm not sure how many data can be saved on them, and I don't really trust them.
Therefore I'm asking if there is any chance to connect it to a PC, and make a read/write communication. On the side of the electric box there is a port, it looks like some kind of communication port. Can I use it for PC connection? Is there a pc software to use it?

thank you

arnold

Call the manufacturer.

Obviously you do not have the manuals on the machine.

unfortunately, no, I don't have.
