Projection drawing?

Hi There,

I`m working on a schoolproject which involves programming in VBA and autocad 2002. My question is am I have to change the axis in my drawing(block), it is now set to a XY-projection, but I have to change it to a YZ projection.
So what I need is a function which moves the xy -axis to YZ-axis, so not only the way you look at the drawing but the whole drawing has to chanche to the YZ -projection.

Do you need all your object to ROTATE when changing the plane?
I couldn't understand well...
