Project Quality Control Plan Establishment

Hello all,

Looking for methods/ techniques on how can we establish Quality/ Configuration Management Dashboard/ plan. The objective is to ensure continuous follow up of the following:
- Project management milestones are complied with,
- Inspection and testing at the planned dates are performed correctly,
- Management of the modification (initiation, record, deployment, etc...) is well monitored,
- issuance of project deliverables as planned.
- other ( juridical, procurement issues, etc...)

Could you please share standards/ procedures dealing with establishment of that dashboard/ plan?

CM is just a part of your overall QA system. There are existing standards like ISO9000 or AS9100 that describe the procedures you need to follow, in excruciating detail, to comply with QA practices used by any particular industry. All it requires is time, effort and money from your company.

AS9100 or ISO9000 is quite general!
What Im looking for is a specific procedure of establishment of that project quality control plan (a kind of table on which, we can make continuous follow up of status of control items)
