If you are just kicking off a project ie the design and manufacture of a produced water treatment system what information are you required to include on a notice board for this project

Depends on company policy or standard. Otherwise what ever information you want communicated or you want feedback on.
 
Is this the board that goes outside towards the highway for a construction site? Then I'd check with the local authority (i.e., the city or town or county or whatever...)

Most of our notice boards at work have a Dilbert comic strip on them somewhere too.

Is a 'CAUTION THIS SIGN HAS SHARP EDGES' warning required?

Or, you could pay attention to vpl trying to be helpfull and clarify your question, may be the wrong forum to some extent.

Greg! This is a waste water treatment plant.
The proper sign is "This way out" with an arrow out the bottom.
