Hi guys, I'm looking for an app (web based) where I can load every cronogram of the projects I'm workin., Every cronogram has a series of taks, a start and end date and a person who's responsible of fulfilling the task. I want to be able to filter this global cronogram by project or by people and see their workload so I know if need to look for more resources.

Pretty much everything you've described is an out-of-the-box functionality of MS Project. It has reports of workloading by person/resource.

TeamGantt, Smartsheet, maybe Forecast? I used Smartsheet for a little while quite a while back. I liked it. Project of course as noted above.

There's a bunch more resource management apps out there. Google is your friend once you get the terms right.
