i'm having some problems when i make a profile.
for example, i draw some lines and arcs to make a profile but when i make it, mechanical make some changes on the profile, like changes angles and radius. normaly i don't use constrains and it works and i dont no if i need to use it all the time. the only way to make it work is to make a solid by the old way in autocad with pedit or region and then extrude or revolve it.but the big problem is that the changes are so minor that some times i dont see them, and then there are problems on the manufacturing.can anyone help me?

Dear Hefestos;

In MDT5 Try "Assist", "Mechanical Options", "Part" Tab and uncheck "Apply Constraint Rules" then your sketch will not, for example, change a 89.5 degree angle to 90 degrees.

You should use constraints more often though because they make your dimensioning work easier. You can draw any sloppy rectangle for example and constrain all 4 sides to be equal, then by using only 1 dimension on any side you can fully constrain the square. Constraints make your work easier.

You might wanna uncheck the 'Assume rough sketch' option in the part options dialog too..........as far as I know this will sort you out without having to change the constraints options (??).
I agree you should really constrain your sketches properly if you reckon it may need to change at some point.
