Good day fellow engineers. I am trying to calculate the Process Safety time of a vessel ( Level) anyone here has a excel spreadhseet or know how to calculate. Will greatly appreciate.

Think you can get this done with some precision on process simulator Hysis in dynamic mode.

Replying to MJCronin : You are assuming everyone in the world is a native English speaker. That's why you can come here and mock at someone's English. U wish you spoke as many languages as I do. Have a great day.

From what I gather the Process Safety Time is the duration of time from surpassing an Operating Limit until you reach the Safety Limit and a failure occurs?

If it is specifically a spread sheet for tank levels which you're looking for, if you google "vessel volume.xls" and take the first link to Cheresources page, there is an excellent spreadsheet Montemayor posted years ago. I thought he had posted it somewhere within this forum also, but I couldn't locate it.
