Problems with Offline Concurrent Licensing

Hi!
I try to check out catia license to my lap top but it doesn`t work. I have done what the manual(Catia/LUM)have told me to, but it fails. When i try to start the Nodelock key management tool i get a warning saying "No license found in nodelock file", when I click ok on this message I`m able to do the steps with extract, password but then an error message says "no license extracted",does anybody now what i have missed?

there are some possible sources of error, but start from
updating to LUM 4.6.8.3 form

-Check also that You have the same data and time in laptop and in server.
-You should also have rw rights to
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\IBM\LUM
