problems with installing solid edge v.19

Hi,
The dvd does not autorun when i insert it. And the computer can't even seem to find the dvd.
Do anyone know what the problem might be?
Can you install solid edge online some were?

If you have an active maintenance plan, you can download the full SE install from the UGS servers. Log in with your webkey, go to downloads, and find the full software application. You will need to register your IP address, which is a simple phone call to your account representative to make it happen. Nearly instant.
