I'm having trouble using the E-drawings viewer with suppliers. One of them in particular is calling me claiming there are dimensions missing on the drawings when he views them even though i can see them on my system.
Has anyone else had this problem? He's using Edrawings version 2 as am I.

I never had this problem. Certify that is really treated of the same version of the software.

Why dont you check the 'color' setting of dimensions. both imported and reference dimensions and ofcourse the background color of screen.

One thing to check is that he is using the correct viewer. One way to guarantee this is to publish it in the form of a .exe file (with viewer embedded) I have a customer that has been pulling his hair out because his suppliers were not able to view his files and they ALL swore up and down that they were using the right stuff. I gave him that suggestion and all of his probelms "magically" went away! Regards,

I usually Save As eDrawing HTML file (*.htm). I have sent files saved this way and have not had problems yet.

Ive had 'disappearing' lines/dims, etc happen when running newer vers of SW on 9X installs, with some video cards.
Could this possibly be happening here as well?
