Problems installing sql database for Primavera

when i try to install Microsofts msde 2000 database it comes up with a screen that says " a strong Sa password is required for security reasons. Please use SAPWD switch to supply the same." Then it exits out of setup ANY & ALL HELP WILL BE GREAT
