Whats in the phase?

I have experience similar "unbelievable results" with another software when mixing liquid phases containing water and IPA/ethanol. It seems like you normal ethanlphy options cant handle that. If the components (such as alcohols) are water misceble - did HYSYS stillpredict two liquid phases?

I noted another strange thing - the liquid density for your "first stream" is very high? Is it a slurry or mud? Im guessing that S6 is water but for S5 - what has a MW of 29 and a density of 1.7?

Best regards, Morten
