Problem with stiffness of soil

To take into account the soil-structure interaction in a model bridge modeled with bridge menu in SAP2000 I introduced different values of spring stiffness depending on soil type and I also proposed a model recessed at the base based after an analysis time I noticed the difference between the results of displacement is very low. it is illogical
Will you help me to find the solution?,
