Earlier versions say 7.40 used to give you a line right when you draw it, and used to keep your selections or limits(Show Selection Only, or set limits to ...) settings there and they will be there until you change them.
But from 9 onwards these settings get lost automatically when for example you pan, run, show deflected shapes,design.
It is really annoying when you select say a number of girders in a big model, to work with, and right when you try to get deflections within this selection, you find the whole model in front of you. and you have to go back and make the selection
Am I missing something. Sap 2000 is doing great and improving very fast, but are these bugs or problem with my own settings
