Problem with installing toolboxes

Hi,

I am trying to install a couple of toolboxes I downloaded, but with no success. I put them in the toolbox directory, add the respective directory to the path as per instructions, restart Matlab and they are not in the toolbox menu.
Is there anything I'm missing?
