Probe type heat detection for outdoor transformer

Hello Members,

For a substation project, our client demands probe-type heat detection and fusible bulb (sprinklers/QBD) detection for the transformer. Could anyone please guide me on how to design this probe type heat detection for an outdoor transformer? I couldn't get much info from the manufacturer catalogues.
