Pro-E WF4 crashes EVERY time I try to create a local section

So every time, and I mean EVERY time, I try to create a local section view in a drawing, Pro-E crashes. EVERY time. I can create a full section view just fine, but as soon as I try to make it a local, it crashes in various stages of the local set up (picking a reference point, drawing a spline). I've tried rebooting my computer, I've tried doing it when the ONLY program running on my machine is Pro-E. This is getting REALLY frustrating. Anyone have any ideas/suggestions?
