Pro E Inlet design/datum help please

Hi guys for our uni project we are testing an inlet for strength etc, the issue we are having is modeling the throttle body plate. the plate is angled downwards aswell as to one side. I have tried to show this in the pictures. If any one has a modeling strategy for this it would be much appreciated.
