I'm an engineer-turned-multimedia guy who has to take some parts from Pro/E and put them into LightWave for making videos, print ads, web stuff, etc.
I think PTC's DIVISION series can do this, but it does alot more than I need and costs a fair amount ($7K+). Does anyone know either (1) an export plug-in or program for Pro/E that supports export to LightWave (LWO) or 3D Studio (3DS) object model formats, or (2) an import plug-in or program for LightWave that supports Pro/E (or perhaps IGES)?
