pro batch web interface

I am trying to create plot files using pro batch. I have a .bat file that works great when I run it loged in as myself. The problem is I am trying to run it through a web interface. The .bat file does run through the web but I get the following message in the std.out file that pro batch creates:

Can not use registry for rpc mapping. portmapper must run

Serious internal error; cannot continue.
