Hello All,

Has anyone else been experiencing problems printing in this latest release of Solidworks? I seem to be having a problem only when I want to print an Exploded Shaded view in High Quality. I also have the exploded lines showing where all the parts go etc.

It only happens when I print with the High Quality checked on. But it seems to print the exploded lines all over the drawing.

Has anyone had a similar experience? I'm thinking it may be some type of hardware conflict between the graphics card and printer driver. By the way we updated the printer driver to the latest HP driver and it still does the same thing. Even printed to a completly different printer thinking HP was the problem and the Epson had the same result.

Best Regards,
Jon

I have problems with lines printing same weight. Don't know if it is driver or SW. Started when we upgraded to SW05.

We have a large 15 page drawing in SolidWorks 2005 sp 1.1 that will not print do to "Out of memory". I have to print 1 page at a time. This does work.
We have a Quadro FX 1100 card with 128 MB Memory, AMD Athlon 64 FX-53 Processor 2.40 GHz, 2.00 GB of RAM, 2 hard drives, with as minimum as possible loaded onto the computer. Our 2nd computer has e-mail and etc.

jksolid,

I have seen the same problem here at SP 1.1 I spoke to my VAR and they have escalated the issue at SolidWorks. We are waiting on the fix in a service pack, hopefully sooner rather than later.
