printing dwg/dxf with DWGEditor

While trying to print native AutoCAD drawings out using DWGEditor (I only have SW2007 4.0) they will not come out to scale; always a bit smaller. Example: a part 27.00" long draws out on paper 26.50" and sometimes less. I have tried multiple printer configurations, as well as all other variables I can imagine. ANyone who has corrected this problem without going back to a full/LT version ofAutoCAD??


An added note: this is not printer setup/configuration correctable. I have already eliminated all printer related possibilities.

Maybe you need to calibrate your printer. If the problem is consistent on the scaling, then you can do a workaround by scaling at the printer dialog box.
