I have a 500kva Tx 660/2300v

The delta primary winding is open cirucit due to a fault.

Could you advise what kind of resistance I would expect between L1, L2, L3 if one of the windings in the delta winding was open circuit?

What would the effect be on the remaining two healthy windings and their resistance.

Many thanks

If the open was from L1 to L2, The resistances will be;
L1-L3, R=X Ohms
L2-L3, R=X Ohms
L1-L2, R=2X Ohms
Assuming that the fault did not damage the other windings.

if its fused and the internal high side fuse is open then
L1-L2 Open
L2-L3 R=X ohms
L1-L3 Open

that's not the question,
but if you have internal fuses on the high side
and the L1 fuse was open
that's what you would see.
