I have a program in MS Project which ends at a certain date, but when I view it in Print preview I cannot see the right hand side of the program.

How can I see the entire program?

Hi there

Go to the magnifying glass icons on your tool bar and hit the minus value one, it'll shrink your overall view and you'll see end date.

It works. Is there some finer control that can be accessed rather than stepping through the zoom ins and outs?
